The Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. Vincent Oppong Asamoahhas paid a visitto national Under 20 football team of Ghana, the black satellites at their camp in Auckland, New Zealand.

The Honorable Deputy Minister’s visit was to boost the morale of the team and also to encourage the players to do their best. He congratulated them for their high performance and for reaching the next stage and advised them not to get complacent but to work harder than they did in the group stages and hopefully bring home the ultimate glory like their predecessors did almost six years ago.

He said Ghanaians both home and abroad are fully behind them and assured them that his ministry was ready to provide them with the necessary support.

“I know the task ahead of you will not be easy but with dedication and commitment, I am very confident you’ll triumph” he said.

The players and their management team were grateful to the Deputy Minister for finding time to visit them and promised to give out their best to make the nation proud.
