The Deputy Minister of youth and sports, Hon Evans Opoku-Bobie has disclosed that, the Ministry has not given approval for the engagement of a new coach for the Black Stars.
He said this in response to a question in an interview on Angel Fm that, the Ministry has not approved a new coach let alone approve his salary of an amount of $45,000.
According to him, the Ministry of youth and sports has not received the report from the Ghana Football Association on who will fill the vacant position for the Black stars.
“We haven’t approved Milovan Rajevac as Black Stars coach, we are yet to receive the GFA committee’s report”. He noted.
He added that government has not approved Milovan Rajevac or any other coach to replace C.K Akonnor.
