Staff of the Ministry of Yourh and Sports led by the Chief Director, Mr. William Kartey officially presented the award plaque to the Hon. Minister this morning in his office.
They also took turns to share their inspirational messages with the Minister for winning the African Best Sports Minister Awards at the prestigious African Sports and Tourism Awards which was held in Abuja.
