The mortal remains of the Chief Operating Officer for the 13th African Games, Dr. Emmanuel Owusu-Ansah was laid to rest yesterday.

The Minister for Youth and Sports, Hon Mustapha Ussif together with the Chief Director, Mr. William Kartey led staff of the Ministry to observe the final funeral rites and bid farewell to the late Chief Operating Officer for the 13th African Games in a solemn Church service held at the Grace Presbyterian Church of Ghana, West Legon.
