The Client Service Unit, operating under the Research, Statistics, and Information Management (RSIM) Directorate of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, serves as the primary contact point for both internal and external clients of the Ministry. Its primary function is to engage with clients and prospective clients daily, providing information and addressing various inquiries and requests.

Additionally, the unit offers administrative and organizational support to all clients. It serves as a valuable resource, providing clients with relevant information regarding the Ministry’s operations and services.

The office is located on the first floor of the Ministry’s building.
