Profile of Minister
He is a member of the New Patriotic Party and a member of the 8th parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana representing the Yagaba-Kubori Constituency in the North East Region of Ghana. On 21 January 2021, he was nominated by Nana Akufo-Addo to serve as Minister of Youth and Sports.
Educational background
Mustapha also holds International Business Management (BA Hons) from the Anglia Ruskin University at Chelmsford in the UK and MBA in Finance with distinction from the University of Gloucestershire in the UK and an Executive Certificate in Minerals Policy and Contract Negotiations from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
